Executive Committee Presentation: Worked with a cross-functional team to clearly and effectively present a comprehensive Five Year Strategic Plan to the CEO and other senior leaders of a major pharmaceutical corporation. Provided content development direction and speech coaching for eight presenters.
Sales Force Training: Developed and executed a competitive presentation-skills training program during a financial software and services company’s global sales conference. Included the creation of a common set of speaking points and graphics, pre-event webcasts and team calls, and onsite speech coaching for teams and individuals. The event’s final session featured a “present-off,” where top performers were recognized and rewarded.
International Distributor Event: Since 2008, have provided pre-site and onsite content development and speech coaching for a global energy corporation’s Division President, Global Vice Presidents, and the Zone Vice Presidents during a biennial conference for its distributors from North, Central and South America. For the 2013 event, also provided onsite speech coaching at the EAME Distributor Conference in Berlin, Germany.
Healthcare Customer Event: For invited customers attending an international medical conference, provided onsite speaker coaching for two physicians who used Prezi and a 103-inch touchscreen monitor to present their research results to an audience of 400 physicians and other healthcare professionals.
International Leadership Summit: Supported the CEO of a global healthcare solutions and services company in his multiple roles at an event focused on aligning strategy among his top 250 international VPs and business leaders. Provided creative direction, pre-site and onsite content development, and speaker coaching.
International Sales Meeting: For the second year in a row, provided onsite speech coaching and content development to all executives of an IT communications company, including the CEO, CMO and Global VP of Sales, who spoke during a three-day international sales meeting. Audience size was over 2,000 and included members of the direct sales force, distributors and partners.
National Healthcare Association: Provided speaker coaching to the past two incoming presidents and conducted group training sessions for its communication and advocacy team.
Sponsor Keynote: Provided content development and speaker coaching for an airline executive’s speech at an event recognizing the top salespeople of a business partner that generates nearly $2 billion in annual revenue.
Associates and Shareholder’s Meetings: For one of the world’s largest retailers, provided pre-site and onsite content development and speaker coaching for the celebrity host, the U.S. VP of Human Resources, and the frontline employees who spoke to 16,000 attendees.
